Chocolate Chip Pancakes

2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 teas salt
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup packed brown sugar

In a large bowl, combine flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and brown sugar; add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Heat griddle or skillet and brush lightly with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbles begin to burst ; flip pancakes, and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

This is a great way to use your food storage everyday! I keep a pitcher of mixed up powdered milk in my refrigerator for cooking and baking.
